Spreads and card orientation
Choose all 78 cards or only the 22 Major Arcana. “Stop” selects cards once without duplicates and fixes their order, orientations and complete text. Revealing them does not change the result.
Upright — the image is the usual way up; the card's main theme is read. Reversed — the image is rotated 180° and has a separate original interpretation. This may concern a difficulty, imbalance, inner process or release from tension. A reversed card does not necessarily mean something bad.
In “Including reversals” mode, each card has an equal chance of either orientation. All cards in an individual spread may therefore also be upright.
One card offers an image for your question. Three cards give a situation, influence and step. The Celtic Cross explores ten sides of a situation. Its second card lies across the first because of its position in the layout, not to indicate a reversed orientation. Follow the caption.
“Two options” compares equal branches against a shared criterion. “Relationships” helps you formulate observations, your own need and a question for discussion. Cards do not establish future events or another person's hidden feelings.
